Committee Member

Judy Fedder is director of Global Sales & Marketing for Boeing Integrated Logistics (IL), a division of Global Services & Support. GS&S provides support that begins at product inception and continues until retirement from service. The business is the U.S. Department of Defense’s largest performance-based logistics contractor and an industry leader in sustainment solutions for Boeing and select non-Boeing platforms. In her position, Fedder is responsible for new business growth within IL and for establishing and leading strategic and tactical planning, marketing coordination and overall proposal support.

Fedder joined Boeing in 2015 after a distinguished 34-year career in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a lieutenant general. She most recently served as the deputy chief of staff for logistics, installations, and mission support where she provided leadership, management and integration of Air Force logistics readiness, aircraft, munitions, missile maintenance, civil engineering and security forces. She was also responsible for setting policy and budget estimates in support of productivity, combat readiness, and quality of life for Air Force personnel. A career maintainer, Fedder commanded from squadron to wing levels in maintenance and depot organizations and served as a sub-unified commander of the U.S. Forces Azores.

Fedder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is a sitting member of the Civil Air Patrol Board of Governors since 2015.
