Brian Morrison is an executive with a large international aerospace and defense company.
Before entering the private sector, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Legislative Affairs), work for which he was awarded the Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. He served in various positions with the United States House of Representatives’ Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, including as Deputy Staff Director and General Counsel. Prior to that, he was an Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency and an attorney with the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington DC. Mr. Morrison has earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a J.D. from the Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Brandeis University. During the 1999-2000 term Mr. Morrison was a law clerk to the Honorable Hugh H. Bownes of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Brian was an officer in the United States Navy Reserve for nearly a decade, including a tour mobilized to active duty in Iraq during the troop surge of 2007.
